The Shippen Manor  
Shippen Manor is probably the most historical site in Oxford, NJ.  It has housed a great number of people, including some famous people like George Washington and Benjamin Franklin.  This manor has been around for over 250 years, and it was the home to the wealthiest person in Oxford.  The children of 5th and 6th grade GATE students have been fortunate enough to visit this historical monument.  We took pictures, wrote down notes, and were still astonished by the Shippen Manor.  The following links will show you the amazing experience we had at one of Oxford’s most amazing structures.
